idScan 800 License Scanner

IdScan for Driver Licenses is a driver licenses card scanning system that extracts the full card image, face image, signature image and full text data of the ID Card arranged in appropriate text fields for export to PassagePoint.

The extracted image and data can be exported to any other application, email, FTP and the web. When using the automatic card-feed detection, idScan for Driver Licenses launches the ID scan job immediately upon the insertion of a card into the ScanShell 800 ID scanner.

Using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software (included), the idScan system can "read" the data off an ID card and covert it to a format PassagePoint can use. This allows your lobby staff to monitor the lobby and not have to key data into their workstation.
