Q: When I try to register my software with Synercard, I get an
"unable to contact Asure ID registration server" error.
How do I register my product?
A: You can wait awhile for the server to come back up, or you can register
the software by telephone. Contact Synercard (1.819.777.8229) for this.
Synercard should be available Mon-Fri from 9a-4p Eastern Time.
