Do I need to install any software on my computer?

Probably not.
Since IDs Now is a web based application, about all you´ll need is a browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape. If you need to do graphic design work for things like logos, you´ll use the software on your computer (Paint, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc) to edit these files. If you plan on acquiring photos from a TWAIN source, you´ll be prompted to do a short one-time install on your computer. Other than that, you´re set.
