How do I enter my data records?

After your database has been created (you´ve uploaded yours, chosen a pre-configured database, or built your own), you are ready to enter records in to the fields. This can be done on two ways:

First, you can simply enter the data manually in each field for each record, including attaching photos if desired.

Second, you can import them from either an Microsoft Access or Excel file, if you have a large number of records to enter. Importing may be done initially, or any time afterwards.
