Is the data from badges previously made kept for later use?

Yes.
We store all of your records and card designs in an on-line web database. This means you can re-order a card by just selecting the record that is already there. If you need to change the last name or title, just make the change and re-order the card. Additionally, all of your orders are stored there, so you can always look at your order history. There is no limit to the number or fields you can have in your database. You can create your own fields, or pick from a lengthy list of available fields, or pick a pre-configured database with fields in it. You can start there, and then make any needed changes. If you choose one of the "Stock Designs" that come with IDs Now, its associated database fields will automatically be ready for you to use. And if that wasn’t enough, you can also upload your own database from either an Microsoft Access or Excel file.
