Q: My cards have a thin line or scratch traveling the entire length.
A:
1) There may be dust on the print head. Clean the print head.
2) There may be dust on the Cleaning Roller or Feed Rollers. Clean these
rollers.
3) Your blank cards may have scratches on them. Check your card stock and
replace if necessary.
4) There may be a scratch or a burned out element in the print head.
