Q: When I try to print the badge, it gives me a long error and
won't let me print.
A: ID Magic remembers what printer you printed to and tries to automatically
set the driver to that printer. Some Windows configurations give
an error when this is done. There a few ways to fix this. The first
way is to always click on Print Setup first. (This will only work
after you exit and restart after receiving the error). Another way
is to make your badge printer the machine's default printer. To do
this, go to Start > Settings > Printers.
Right click on the
badge printer and select "Set as Default Printer".
For advanced users:
Open the IDM40.ini file located in your Windows directory.
Set PIndexEnabled=False.
