Q: My cards look fine on the screen but when I print them, they
have "SAMPLE" printed across them.
A: The software has not been activated by a serial number. When
you install ID Magic, it gives you the opportunity to enter your
serial number. If you do not enter it then, you must enter it from
the program itself. You can do this from the file menu under "Serial
Number". Make sure to type the dashes (-) as well. The serial number
is printed on a white label on the front of your software envelope.
If you do not have a serial number, you will need to purchase a
retail version of ID Magic. If you have lost your serial number, Oak
Tree Data does keep a record of some of these serial numbers. Contact
