Manufacturer Warranties

All ID card printer manufacturers offer at least a one year warranty on their products. Some offer two year coverage on selected models, others on their entire line. Some also offer "hot swap" support for their printers during the warranty period, where, after getting approval, they will overnight a new loaner printer to you while yours is either repaired or replaced. Our sales staff can give you the details on the warranty coverage on the printer you are interested in.

Support Contracts

In addition to the warranty offered by the printer manufacturer, Oak Tree Data will provide a free, one-year support contract on photo ID card printer systems that we sell. If you have questions or problems with any part of your system during the covered period, Oak Tree Data will provide free telephone support and free repairs*.
