Terms of Use for On-Line Badging Service

When you order badges from Oak Tree Data you are agreeing that you will only use this service for production of badges for acceptable purposes. In certain circumstances we may require additional information or independent authorization before we produce any badges. In the next section, we describe situations that have such additional requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse to produce badges for any reason. In the event we decide not to produce badges, we will refund any charges to the customer.

Further, if we consider the production of badges would be for fraudulent or illegal use by the customer, we reserve the right to notify the appropriate law enforcement agency for further investigation.

Additional Requirements

Any attempt to produce badges which purport to be issued by a government agency, or which include any government seals or marks, or which in any way are intended to appear as if they are an official government, military, or law enforcement credential will require independent authorization directly from the issuing agency.

We can not and will not print any form of primary identity documents such as drivers license or state ID card.

Any attempt to produce badges which purport to be issued by a utility company, delivery company, diplomatic organization, security company, school or university, bio-tech company, chemical or petroleum company, emergency/medical services, fire/rescue services, transportation company, or any high safety/security risk organization will require independent authorization from that company or organization.

Any attempt to produce badges that use well known corporate logos, or purport to be issued by well known or large corporations will require independent authorization from that company.
