Return Policy

Exchange An Order:

We will happily exhange your supply or accessories order for another item of equal or lesser value, provided that it is within 30 days of shipment, the package is unopened, and that you pay the shipping costs incurred during the exchange. Electronic equipment (e.g. printers, duplicators, cameras) and software cannot be returned once they have shipped. If there is a problem with your order due to a mistake on our part, please let us know. The problem will always be remedied at no cost to you.

All exchanges must receive prior authorization via telephone. Returned products without authorization will not be accepted.

Return An Order:

We are sorry we cannot accept returns. If you have ordered the wrong supplies for your system please contact us within 30 days and and we can authorize an exchange. Please see the exchange policy above.

Cancel An Order:

All orders (except for custom printed items) can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. If the item/s is on backorder and unable to ship you may cancel the order by contacting us via telephone (530) 626-3180. Emails will not be accepted as form of cancellation as we cannot guarantee that they will be viewed in a timely manner. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, applicable shipping charges both ways, and a $5.90 fee to cover transaction fees.
